Why do we collect information
We collect data to provide you with the best experience. We can also use analytics on our ads campaigns, to know which ads are more successful.
What information do we collect?
Analytics & Crash Reports
We collect statistical (non-identifiable) information on how you use the application so we know what features are being using and based on that to modify application to better match your needs. Analytics data is stored in Mixpanel.
Crash reports are sent only if the application crashes. They help us identify problems and release fixes early. Crash logs are stored in AppCenter, a Microsoft company.
We use AppsFlyer for the search ads attribution. We send a few events from the app, such as clicking on the buy dialog and starting a free trial. These are later aggregated and assigned to an active ad campaing that we run.
Diarly is integrated with Setapp. If you're using Setapp, a device identifier is used in order to manage the Setapp subscription.
If you contact us via email, we store your email history in OVH hosting.
We use Google Analytics on our website to know how many page views we have, and which websites link to our website. Cookie information is shown at the bottom of the page, until you choose to allow cookies or disable them.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect any personally identifiable information, or any of the contents of your journals, entries, notes, media, recordings.
