Having trouble with your Diarly subscription? Here's a simple guide to help you troubleshoot common issues and ensure you have uninterrupted access to all the premium features of Diarly.

Check Your Subscription Status

Ensure that you're logged in with the same iCloud account on all devices where you want to use Diarly's premium version.

First, verify if your subscription is active.

If Your Subscription is Active

If your subscription is confirmed as active but Diarly is still not fully unlocked, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings in Diarly.
  2. Navigate to Subscription.
  3. Select Restore Purchase. The app should now be fully unlocked.

  2. On Mac, right-click; on iOS, long-press on the Image.
  3. Select CopyUserId - this will copy your user ID to the clipboard.
