Subscription issues

Please make sure you are logged in with the same iCloud account on all devices you want to use the premium version of Diarly.

Check if your subscription is active.

If your subscription is active, and the app is still not fully unlocked:

  • On Mac, click on the Try for free button on the top right corner of the window.
  • On iOS, tap on the Try for free button on the top of
    More.

Tab Switcher More

This will open a dialog. Scroll to the bottom, and click on Restore Purchase.

Restart Diarly, and it should be fully unlocked.

If restoring the purchase didn't work, please contact us, and we will help as soon as possible.
